Blaydon Community Football Club

Blaydon youth community was awarded their certificate and cheque at the chronicle at a presentation afternoon after coming in the 10, (8th) out of 180 groups. Sandra Byrne whos Husband and coach to u9s Team Tango's received the award on behalf of the club along side with other members. Our Aim was to put the put the money toward a Deflib for the club, however we were very kindly donated one By Steve Jelfs through Hearts and Goal and Chris Bull Director of First Aid North East. We are now able to put our money towards putting a further 4 new coaches through their FA level 1 coaching certificate which has the benefit bringing in more children to the club enabling them to play football.
